Your Mind Nudging Journey Unpacked

Psychological Safety for new and emerging leaders is a 12-week virtual and experiential Mind Nudging journey. It is designed in two X six week blocks with a one week break between the blocks:


  • Each week will follow a theme,  and you will receive two mind nudges per week, one on a Tuesday where you will be asked to observe and notice and one on a Thursday where you will be encouraged to reflect and take action. (takes only 30 minutes per week in total to complete).
  • The Mind Nudging journeys, provide you with one key strategy, technique or skill each week.
  • Share your insights, ideas, successes and challenges with others, hear from colleagues and learn together in the Shared Thinking Pods. Includes live and AI facilitation.
  • Join our experiential pop up sessions (30-90 minutes), often game driven, to develop new skills, tools and techniques rapidly in a fun way.
  • Access a range of additional resources and performance support tools to aid you on your journey.
  • Experience gamification and earn Mind Nudger points and rewards as you progress your journey.
  • Track your progress and growth throughout your Mind Nudging journey with our powerful AI analytics.
  • Optional extras include one-to-one Mind Nudging Coaching or Pop-Up experiential workshops available on-demand.

We have designed an experiential journey that embraces concept founder Professor Amy Edmondson work while leaning into Dr. Timothy R. Clarks model. 


Her work focuses on the four individual stages that teams go through in developing and maintaining psychological safety.


We've taken this framework, and using our expertise in learning design, leadership development, human skills and high performance, have worked with the Mind Nudger team.


The goal was to create an exciting virtual journey for new and emerging leaders that will enable them to build a psychologically safe team climate that is sustainable, scalable and achievable more rapidly than traditional, more linear approaches. The four stages of the 12-week journey:
